At Teacher Creations Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Please review our policy below for details:

**Exchange Policy**

1. **Eligibility for Exchange:**
   - Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
   - Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
   - Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all exchanges.

2. **How to Request an Exchange:**
   - Contact our customer service team at teachercreationsshop@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate an exchange.
   - Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

3. **Exchange Process:**
   - Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
   - Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your exchange and send out the replacement item(s) at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. **Non-Exchangeable Items:**
   - Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
   - Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.

5. **Defective or Incorrect Items:**
   - If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
   - We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send out a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
